New Laptop!!!

I am very excited to tell you that my new laptop is finally here, and that I am writing this very blog post from it! You have no idea how excited I am to be able to be on a computer whenever I need to again! It's been over a month since my other one basically died...but I have a lot of time of transferring files left. Let's just hope the entire thing doesn't crash trying to get the files off the other computer!

I'm still kind of getting used to this whole new laptop. It has Windows 8, which honestly doesn't really bother me since I don't know how to use everything yet anyway. I understand how to use most of it and while there are a couple of things that are kind of annoying, I'll get used to them with time.

So, I initially wanted the newest chapter of Promises to go up this last weekend, but that didn't work out because of our power outage, so I'm still waiting on that one. My new laptop doesn't have any Microsoft Office on it yet...which is what I use to write, so that's making things a little difficult yet too, but I assure you that the new chapter will be up soon. It's pretty much finished...I just have final editing and then I have to upload.
